Many of you have contacted us in regards to an email received from the City of Escondido’s Planning Department directing interested parties to Concordia’s website and newsletter. We agree that this email was an inappropriate use of the City’s Safari Highlands Ranch email list to promote the online marketing of the very same development that is currently under active review & consideration by the City. We are working to address the matter with the proper parties.
